Established in 2006 by Laurinda Lacey, Pirouette HR Solutions is a specialist provider of HR services to small to medium businesses and larger human resources departments.
We have a proven track record of success in all that we do – from recruitment and coaching through to performance management and staff surveys.
At Pirouette HR Solutions we pride ourselves on our professionalism. Our goal from the beginning was to offer an affordable and personal HR alternative to businesses. Laurinda has a Masters in Human Resource Management and tutors in Employment Relations at Griffith University.
Laurinda’s diverse career encouraged her to focus her experience in the HR business sector through Pirouette HR Solutions. Whether running a Ballet Studio or growing a successful multi – million dollar Queensland supply business, Laurinda found that the common thread paramount to her success in business was “Successful Staff Management”.
Laurinda is also an Accredited Extended DISC Practitioner and a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
